Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or slow connections.
What we have done
- The site is designed with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, as its goal.
- Pages use clear headings and landmarks, and a “Skip to main content” link.
- All features can be used with a keyboard, and focus is always visible.
- Text colours meet AA contrast guidelines against their backgrounds.
- Animation is minimal and is switched off if your device asks for reduced motion.
- Pages are light and work without heavy scripts on slower mobile connections.
Known limitations
Some historical photographs and documents may not yet have full text descriptions. We add them as the archive grows.
Tell us about a problem
If you find anything difficult to use, please contact the parish and we will try to fix it.
